Clients reviews about Metro Kitchens

This is the second kitchen renovation Metro Kitchens has completed for me, once in my previous home and now again in my current one, and that says everything about the trust I have in them. Greg, Shane and the team are attentive, detail oriented and genuinely client focused. They truly listen, communicate every step of the way, and make sure you’re completely happy with the end result. The entire process was seamless, and the quality of workmanship is exceptional. I absolutely love my new kitchen and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Metro Kitchens to anyone wanting a beautiful, high quality renovation delivered by a team that genuinely cares. ~ Barbara R

From the first time we spoke to Shane on the phone we felt we would be in good hands if he was in charge of our new kitchen build, and we were right! Shane was very patient with our questions and confirming things along the way, and a calming influence during what can be a stressful time. All the Metro Kitchen workmen who came to install our new kitchen were friendly and helpful, as was Tania in the showroom. We have lived with our new kitchen now for several months, and are very happy with our lovely deep, soft close drawers, the ease of use, and having a place for everything. We would have no hesitation in recommending Metro Kitchens. ~ Sue S

Metro Kitchens did a complete new kitchen fit out for us at the end of 2020. Greg's helped us create a design that is so perfectly laid out for our specific lifestyle, that our family of 4 people work in the kitchen at the same time every day without getting in anyone's way. Thanks to Greg's seamless project mgt skills, the kitchen fit out was the single least stressful aspect of our entire house reno. His team worked like a well oiled machine, were always professional, and Greg chooses tradesmen who are all exceptional in their dedication to quality workmanship. He under promises and over delivers every time, there were never any delays and in fact everything always happened slightly earlier than he projected, which is no easy task in between Covid lockdowns. If you want a kitchen builder with design skills that can only come from decades of experience, exceptional project mgt skills for a stress free experience, quality results AND at a price that is surprisingly reasonable for what you get... Metro Kitchens are it. ~ Pamela B

My new kitchen is a dream come true. The first contact with Greg assured me that I have chosen the right company. Everything was explained and Greg’s ideas were fantastic. Shane is very helpful. I added a few extra things to the original quote and he was so obliging to accommodate my wishes. The trades all arrived on time, and left my house clean. Brett and Trevor were both so professional in the installation. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company to any family or friends Thank you Metro Kitchens. Joanne ~ Joanne M

Metro kitchens did a fantastic job designing, making and installing a new laundry for us recently. They also made new drawers and replaced the old doors on the built in cabinetry in our family room & lounge. We also had Metro do additional kitchen cabinetry a couple of years ago and the workmanship has been excellent on both occasions. We’d be happy to recommend Metro to anyone wanting a renovation or a new build. Great job guys, thanks. ~ Lisa W
